With the latest tools and training we cover everything from a basic flat repair to electronic shifting and everything in between!
Summer is our busy time and we know it's your favourite time to ride also, with this in mind we strive to service your bike within 48 hours of your appointment date (special order parts dependant)!
Our best practice during our peak season is to book you an appointment for your service. Over the phone, our staff will let you know our earliest availability and reserve a service spot for you. Once we have determined a service date, you are welcome to drop your bike off the night before your service, or the morning of your service. Whilst we do accept walk in service, due to limited storage space and service availability, you may be asked to take your bike away with you until the date of your appointment.
A la carte service (small adjustments) and flat tire repairs will be seen to the same day. Depending on our schedule you may be asked to leave the bike for 30 minutes or a few hours but we will get you riding again by the end of the day!
